Prize 

  1. One winner will receive a £25 One4All Gift Card.

  2. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

How to Participate 

  1. You have to be a member of Complete Savings to enter into the prize draw. 
  2. To enter this Prize Draw and be eligible to comply with the terms and conditions of entry, it is a condition you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years of age at the date of entry.
  3. To enter on social media, simply share a screenshot of your dashboard via a post on Facebook [Facebook] ,  X, (@completesave-) or Instagram (@completesavings_uk -) showing that you have earned over £20 in cashback over the previous month and tag Complete Savings in the post. The screenshot must only contain your cashback balance. No personal information should be included.
  4. For your entry to be valid your account must be public for the duration of the prize draw to enable the Promoter view and count your entry.
  5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  6. There is no entry cost and no purchase necessary for the prize draw.
  7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  8. This Prize Draw starts on Monday, March 10th, 2025, at 12:00pm GMT, and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. All entries received after that time will not be eligible and will be disqualified.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind, including but not limited to technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure.
  10. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that if you’re the winner, the Promoter can publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. We may publish your surname and county or send them to anyone who emails mary@completesavings.co.uk within one month after the Closing Date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [mary@completesavings.co.uk] . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

Winner Selection 

  1. If you are successful, your personal details for the prize will be held by the promoter and will only be used for sending out a gift card via email to digitally send out the prize. We will delete your personal data as soon as your prize has been delivered (or, if you fail to redeem your prize, the day after the deadline to redeem your prize).
  2. There will be one winner. The winner will be selected at random (performed by a computer process) within one day of the closing date and notified within 3 days of the closing date via direct message on the social media platform they have entered on.
  3. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  4. We will use data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running and fulfilling the Prize Draw.
  5. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter will require a valid email address to send the prize to. This information must be submitted (upon confirmation from the Promoter of winning) via direct message on whichever social media platform the winner has entered on.
  6. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

General Conditions 

  1. Whilst we do our best to ensure the prize draws runs smoothly, we will not be responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules. Our decision is final, and we reserve the right not to enter detailed responses to you.
  2. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  4. The Terms and Conditions of this Prize Draw are subject to English Law.
